Happy Birthday

In 2024 I was volunteering in a summer camp in Indonesia. I met an Italian man. We were around the same age and I discovered we had a lot of things in common. Over the month I was there we got pretty close. At the end of summer camp we were behaving like a couple. We were intimate and everyone knew what was happening between us. We came back to our home country at the end of July and kept talking long distance. My birthday is at the end of August, a detail that he knew.

My birthday came and around 10am I see something that blew up my mind: he posted a photo with his ex, kissing her like nothing was happening.

5 minutes later, he wished me happy birthday.
